This position will be on second shift with occasional 1st shift overlap hours to meet required Operations Associate training needs.
In this role, you will drive quality training actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in order to meet or exceed all regulatory and customer requirements and expectations.
Daily activities include:
- Train new operators to be able to perform critical solder/assembly skills to support the quality of our products
- Support recertification of existing operators on certified processes
- Workmanship audit support on an as needed basis
