Skills You Bring To this Role:

Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering or project management. Position levels vary depending on years of experience.

Ability to collaborate with multiple support functions (engineering – all disciplines, manufacturing, procurement, finance, IT, technical logistics, quality, contracts), customers, suppliers, and partners from different locations.

Previous project execution responsibilities including cost and schedule management. Earned Value Management experience is preferred.

Capability to plan and execute internal and external design reviews as well as other technical meetings.

Organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining flexibility through the fast paced, evolving environment.
What you need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a major in Aerospace, Mechanical or other related disciplines.
- Advanced degrees in relevant engineering disciplines or related areas of focus will be considered as additional experience.
