Description
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Requires IT knowledge which includes Hardware, Software, and Networking.
Provides installation and field service support within an assigned territory.
Maintains a professional relationship with customers. Good communication skills required.
Complete paperwork and documentation as required.
Associates Degree, diploma/certificate in Information Technology or a proven equivalent work experience as a Field Service Engineer. Equipment training to be provided
