We are excited to announce our Engineering Graduate Programme for 2026, offering an incredible opportunity to launch your aviation career with hands-on experience in projects and professional support and development.
Programme Overview
- Duration: 2 years
- Start Date: mid-January 2026
- Locations: Auckland (AKL)
- Rotation Duration: 3 months per placement
What We Offer
- Comprehensive Rotations: Gain exposure to various engineering disciplines through 3-month placements in areas such as Fleet Technical, Design, Maintenance Programmes, Compliance, and more

- Training and Development: Access technical and professional development courses and specialised training to enhance your skills
- Networking Opportunities: Participate in internal and external networking events, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage in company initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Residency: Must have NZ residency or the right to work in New Zealand
- Interest and Understanding: A strong interest in aviation and an understanding of our operations under Part 119 Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
- Additional Considerations: Previous industry related internship experience is a plus. We value candidates who demonstrate a passion for creating efficiencies and aviation, as well as relevant technical and practical work experience

- Online Psychometric Testing: Shortlisted candidates will undergo psychometric testing to assess cognitive abilities and personality traits
- Video Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to a video interview to discuss their motivation, experience, and unique attributes
- Assessment Centre: Selected candidates will participate in an Assessment Centre, including interviews, group exercises, and a tour of our engineering facilities. We are aiming for inter-semester break to hold these
- Final Selection: Offers will be extended to the successful candidates
