Join our innovative engineering team in Mentor, Ohio. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aerospace engineering and contribute to cutting-edge projects. Responsibilities:
• Support program concept design, analysis, verification, or other aspects of the product life cycle.• Assist in developing detailed product specifications by analyzing performance and customer requirements. • Perform feasibility and trade studies applying standard analytical methods; recommends solutions which are defined and reviewed for implementation.• Review test results for accuracy and precision.
Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or another closely related field.• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on learning and improvement.• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and innovation.• Technical Skills: Familiarity with some software tools such as ANSYS, CREO, LabVIEW, or MATLAB is a plus (functional track dependent)• US Person status (no sponsorship) and ability to work in person in Mentor, OH for summer 2026 (no relocation assistance provided)
