- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network administration, with a strong foundation in operating systems, networking protocols, and storage systems.
- Proven expertise in AWS networking services, including the design and implementation of highly available, secure, and scalable cloud network architectures.
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts, including WAN, BGP, routing, VPNs, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
Desired Qualifications
- In-depth experience with AWS services, including IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, ECS/EKS, Elastic Beanstalk, and Migration Services, with a focus on building secure, resilient, and scalable cloud solutions.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, including full-time employees, in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices and scripting/programming languages, such as Ruby, Python, Perl, and PowerShell.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, or equivalent cloud certification.
Special demands:
This position may require travel on an as-needed basis to domestic and international company locations, data centers, and training events.

Salary Range: $83,500 - $113,500
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
