We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bells High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.

Aerospace Data Modeling and Architecture Engineers
These Aerospace Data Modeling and Architecture Engineers are responsible for design, modeling and integrating the data architecture in MBSE models in Cameo for the FLRAA aircraft program - onboard systems.
In this role you will be taking data types and putting them into CAMEO Models. Create the Data Architecture for the FLRAA Platform
In addition, you will be responsible to validate and verify system data designs and data flow throughout the digital backbone and connected aircraft systems.
What you’ll be doing as an Aerospace Data Modeling and Architecture Engineer:

SysML Modeling in MagicDraw/Cameo.

Working with product teams and Suppliers to iterate on data

Generate system functional requirements from stakeholder expectation.

Develop architecture models and allocate requirements to hardware/software components.

Validate and verify system data paths.

Troubleshoot and resolve system integration/verification issues.

Coordinate with Internal and External teams, suppliers, and peers to generate and execute projects/design plans and reviews.

Manage and coordinate issues, problem reports and change requests to closure.

Coordinate design changes and deliveries with Safety, Security and Certification organizations.

Ensure timely delivery of aircraft systems data, systems requirements, integrated validation/verification activities, and issue resolution.

Escalate issues that need additional engineering or business leadership assistance in a timely manner.
