The incumbent, in a pivotal role, supports the operations leadership and acts as a crucial liaison between the Customer Service Center (CSC) and all Airline(s). Their role is instrumental in managing operational changes on both sides and addressing customers requests, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective service.
Experience:
• Customer services: 2 -3 Year (Required)
