We are seeking a detail-oriented Aircraft Scheduler & Dispatcher to support daily operations and flight coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing flight scheduling, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Part 135/91 flights, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
• Communicate with pilots, ground crew, and other stakeholders to relay important information.
• Analyze flight data and weather conditions to make informed decisions regarding flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of flight schedules, delays, and operational changes.
• Utilize dispatch software to track aircraft movements and manage logistics efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• At least 1 year experience in aircraft dispatching required.
• Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to analyze data quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in using dispatch software and other relevant technologies (JetInsight & FlightBridge).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in aviation or dispatching is a plus but not required.
