Overview
Timberline Helicopters is expanding its fixed-wing maintenance operations to include Beechcraft King Air phase inspections, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and AOG support. We are hiring experienced King Air Maintenance Technicians with strong Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 experience to support this growing program in Sandpoint, Idaho.
This role will support King Air aircraft through inspection, maintenance, discrepancy correction, engine-related troubleshooting, return-to-service activities, and occasional off-site AOG support. Work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and Timberline’s quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Perform King Air scheduled maintenance, including phase inspections, routine inspections, discrepancy correction, and return-to-service work
- Troubleshoot and repair airframe, engine, propeller, fuel, hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, environmental, and electrical systems
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting related to Pratt & Whitney PT6 engines
- Support AOG maintenance events as needed, including off-site troubleshooting and repairs
- Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, ADs, and other approved technical data
- Complete work orders, inspection records, maintenance entries, and return-to-service documentation accurately and professionally
- Coordinate with Quality, Inspection, Parts, and Maintenance leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
