Airtrex Maintenance and Modification, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Aircraft Structures Technician with 5–10 years of focused sheet metal/fabrication experience. This role is to join our Part 91 corporate flight department, supporting our Beechcraft King Air 200 and Beechcraft King Air 300 fleet. This position is responsible for performing structural inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer data, and company standards.

• Minimum 5–10 years of aircraft structural repair experience

• Experience working on pressurized turbine aircraft

• Proficiency in sheet metal repair, riveting, structural fabrication, and corrosion control

• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and engineering drawings

• Strong understanding of FAA regulations

• High attention to detail and workmanship standards

• Ability to work independently in a Part 91 environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform structural repairs and alterations on airframe components, including sheet metal, composite, and bonded structures

• Interpret and work from technical data, including SRMs, AMMs, engineering drawings, and approved repair data

• Fabricate and install structural components using proper techniques and tooling

• Perform corrosion detection, treatment, and prevention

• Execute minor and major repairs in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures

• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events

• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records

• Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure aircraft airworthiness and readiness

• Ensure compliance with all applicable FARs, company policies, and safety standards
