Summary:
Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly of cables, prototypes, and production units
Manufacture initial builds in collaboration with Engineering teams
Repair and modify field and laboratory equipment per drawings and specifications
Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, models, and written/verbal instructions
Operate manufacturing and test equipment
Conduct electrical testing and document results in prescribed formats
Perform calibration checks and make required adjustments or modifications
Prepare required compounds and solutions as directed
Modify and repair test equipment and prototypes per engineering liaison guidance
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
Notify supervision of issues impacting quality, schedule, or business operations
Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
2 4 years of experience in electronic assembly and electrical testing
2 4 years of cable harness assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Experience working in ESD-controlled environments
IPC certifications or working knowledge of:
IPC-A-610
IPC J-STD-001
IPC/WHMA-A-620
Strong team player with good communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
