We are looking for an Avionics Tech/installer with recent experience with avionics systems in general aviation aircrafts, with proficiency in electrical testing equipment and tools. Knowledge of FAA regulations and standards with strong attention to detail and safety protocols . He or She will be working on our fleet of 10 helicopters and 10 airplanes, including customer aircraft. Aspen Helicopters is involved in operations ranging from aerial surveys, executive charter, fire contracts, external load, military operations, PG and E, and agriculture. We currently operate Bell 206B ,206L,407,212,412, Partenavia P68C,TC ,OBS, Spartacus and SA226(B) Merlin 3B.

• Work as a team toward one common goal
• install, inspect, troubleshoot and repair aircraft electronic systems
• read and interrupt wiring diagrams, schematics and technical manuals 
• test and certify systems to meet regulatory and company standards 
• document Maintenance and repairs accurately
• collaborate with mechanics and flight operations  
•  Ability to use window, excel, and other computer programs
• Must be able to read/write English.

• Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned work projects
• Perform unscheduled and scheduled maintenance on assigned aircrafts
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose avionics systems

• Able to work weekends, evenings  and holidays when needed 
• Able to travel and work away from base when needed
• 3 Years of avionics experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime when workload demands it
