As an Avionics Technician at our Part 145 repair station, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our clients and corporate aircraft. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, upgrading, and installing avionics equipment and systems within hangars.

Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on avionics equipment and systems.
- Conduct upgrades and installations of avionics systems.
- Work with various avionics technologies, including Garmin systems.
- Read and interpret schematics for avionics repair and installation.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure quality maintenance and safety.
Required Skills- 1-3 years of experience in Avionics Troubleshooting, Avionics Repair and/or Avionics Maintenance for aircraft.
- Proficiency in avionics installation and repair.
- Ability to interpret schematics and harnesses for avionics systems.
Work EnvironmentWork in two well-equipped hangars located in Mt. Olive, NC, and Rocky Mount, NC, with a small team of around 20 professionals. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend work and light travel as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Olive, North Carolina.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
