Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team in supporting aircraft maintenance and modification efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in avionics systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex aircraft electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair avionics systems used for aircraft navigation, communication, weather radar, and flight control.
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and functional tests on avionics systems with and without power applied.
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions or deficiencies in accordance with technical manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and FAA regulations.
- Replace or repair defective components and ensure systems are restored to full operational status.
- Document maintenance actions and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft avionics installation and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in wire harness fabrication and aircraft modification.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience working in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities.
- Must have personal tools that are etched and shadowed for inventory control.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
