This role will involve becoming a subject matter expert in Delta’s technical systems to support current products while leading parallel modernization efforts to sell products. Responsibilities:Formulate the business vision for the ancillaries product(s) and translate the vision into technical requirements.Build an executable product roadmap that balances business value, timing needs, and development complexity.Be primary commercial point of contact to facilitate development requests.Collaborate with other agile development teams to understand relationships and dependencies between teams.Act as product manager for agile development teamsEnsure IT development is flexible and scalable, properly leveraging backend mechanisms to achieve the desired business goals.Work collaboratively cross divisionally to ensure functionality flows through to customer and agent-facing channels consistently and adds expected value.
