About this position
The Specialist, Publications position will maintain the currency of the digital library (Comply 365/SharePoint), provide the necessary Comply 365 daily support to Flight Operations, Production and liaison with Engineering regarding publication and maintenance of Engineering STC Supplements.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining digital library of publications (Comply365/SharePoint) which includes but not limited to:
- Publishing to Comply365 or SharePoint as required;
- Verifying technical documentation version status;
- Managing requests for technical documentation;
- Supporting Engineering supplements
- Responsible as SharePoint Administrator, for maintaining Corporate Library & Publications site.
- Provide Comply365 Administration support by:
- Assisting with the Site Administration and software support for end-users;
- Conducting all testing prior to Comply365 software, portal or application updates for issues and bugs;
- Providing communication to end users (updates, alerts, issues, service interruptions, etc.);
- Assisting with the management of Maintenance & Engineering SharePoint site;
- Creating and administering workflows in Comply365 as per departmental requirements (i.e. assignments, rejections etc.);
- Assisting with Comply365 forms creation and implementation;
- Providing consultation with Training Video & Guide Creator for relevant training multimedia project as SME;
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma and be a graduate from an approved training program
- Three (3) years of previous experience
- Possess solid understanding of aviation maintenance procedures, aircraft drawings and technical documents (OEM, CMM, STC, SB, AD, etc.) is required;
- Possess solid computer skills, including the full MS Office Suite, including Teams, and SharePoint;
- Possess solid operating knowledge of Apple iPadOS systems and hardware;
- Possess solid operating knowledge of web-based document management software (Comply365, SharePoint etc.); considered an asset;
- Possess strong research skills;
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset;
- Willingness to embrace new technology and learn new software;
- Must be adept to handling multiple tasks and prioritizing duties;
- Able to perform duties with minimal supervision;
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience dealing with internal and external customers
- Ability to communicate in Inuktut a definite asset;
- Ability to obtain and retain an Airport Restricted Area Pass in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
