How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Senior Program Analyst, Digital Portfolio Office for our Aha! tool is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Aha! Roadmaps platform within the organization. This role ensures the tool is effectively leveraged by product teams and stakeholders, providing support, training, and governance while maintaining data integrity and system integrations. The administrator will be partner with our existing Aha! leaders working as a small team ensuring smooth operation and strategic alignment across all our Value Propositions, Enablers, and Domains.
Responsibilities:
1. User Management
  • Create, manage, and remove user accounts and permissions.
  • Ensure appropriate access levels based on user roles.
  • Manage the Aha! subscription, paid seat allocation and forecast user numbers.
  • Customization & Configuration
  • Tailor Aha! Roadmaps to fit organizational needs by configuring workflows, templates, views, and custom fields.
  • Maintain and update product hierarchies, portfolios, .and workspaces.
  • Optimize the platform to support efficient roadmap planning and reporting.
2. Integration Management
  • Set up and manage integrations with tools such as Agility, Teams, and others.
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization across integrated platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
  • Data Management & Governance
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across Aha! Roadmaps.
  • Manage data imports, exports, archiving, and clean-up.
  • Establish and enforce best practices to ensure consistency in roadmap data.
  • Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide first-line support to users and resolve technical issues.
  • Liaise with Aha! support for advanced troubleshooting when needed.
  • Develop internal documentation to support user adoption and issue resolution.
3. Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate and distribute custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Analyze roadmap data to provide insights into product strategy and team performance.
  • Leverage reports and data to improve strategic decision-making.
  • Training & Onboarding
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing users.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, best practice documents, and FAQs.
  • Communicate platform updates and new feature releases to users.
4. Roadmap & Release Planning Support
  • Assist product managers with roadmap creation, planning, and maintenance.
  • Ensure roadmaps remain up-to-date and reflect strategic priorities.
  • Help track progress on releases, features, and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for Aha! Roadmaps-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with product teams, executives, and other stakeholders to align tool usage with business objectives.
  • Gather user feedback to enhance adoption and functionality
This role is crucial for ensuring that Aha! Roadmaps is fully leveraged to drive strategic alignment, collaboration, and efficiency within Deltas Digital Portfolio Office and Product Management team

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Intermediate understanding of product management and road mapping processes.
  • Prior experience administering Aha! Roadmaps or similar tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, etc.).
  • Technical proficiency in software administration and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills for data interpretation.
  • Strong communication and training capabilities for engaging stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendor support.
  • Familiarity with Agility, Teams, Workfront and other integrations is a plus.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
