JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
Senior Executive, Marketing under AirAsia shall be responsible for the route strategic plan and spaneting plan. Also implement and execute destination-spaneting activities aligning with the budget plan and spaneting calendar.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Develop the responsible routes/spanets under the supervision of the Product Manager
Owns/leads the responsible route strategic plan and spaneting plan roll-up of the responsible routes or spanets
Understand the behavior/insight of travelers in the responsible routes or spanet
Implement and execute destination-spaneting activities, aligning with the budget plan and spaneting calendar
Manage A&P spending / P&L by routes
Coordinate with the in-house creative team and, media agency on above-and-below-the-line activities
Monitor route health and competitive movement of the responsible spanet to update the team and counteract accordingly
Leadership in projects related to the responsible routes/spanets
Success rate of activities and launches, in terms of LF, route revenues (fares), and spanet share upon target
Effectiveness of communication campaign, in terms of brand visibility upon the adopted ad, clarity of message, and on-time submission
WHO YOU ARE:
Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field
3-4 years of experience in Marketing, FMCG
Good command in both Thai & English
Good computer literature skills
Experienced in working with the India team/spanet or other similar overseas spanets
