Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a contract to provide flight training support services for the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASAOC) We are seeking highly qualified Supply Specialists to support USASOAC’s 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR) and the Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assist in property book management and accountability to the Property Book Officer (PBO), 160th SOAR(A) RS-4 Office and PBO SOATB S-4 Office. Provide support to Property Book Officers in the execution of their accountability functions. Perform Property Book activities including posting, editing, and filing of all property book documentation. Reconcile hand receipts, catalog property, maintain accurate property book records and manage inventory.
- Support all aspects of supply accountability and Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) within SOATB. Maintain automated supply system for accounting of OCIE equipment. Serve as the primary Sub Hand Receipt Manager for OCIE equipment maintaining 100 accountability of equipment valued over $9 Million dollars. Inspect, inventory, load, unload, store, deliver, and turn in OCIE equipment.
- Maintain automated supply system for accounting of Organization and Installation property and equipment.
- Perform inventory and financial management procedures, including ordering, receiving and storing supplies.
- Drive military vehicles as required.
- Serve as the focal point for property management and accountability. Review and verify quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents. The Contractor shall perform warehouse duties such as receiving, inventory, storing, and shipping clerk for all classes of supplies. Inspect, inventory, load, unload, store, deliver, and turn in equipment. Prepare all unit/organizational supply documents. Process and track E-orders for Soldiers deploying to specified contingency operations.
- Be responsible for monitoring fuel consumption and accountability of fuel.
- Request fund transfers between fuel accounts to reconcile expenditures of fuel to the proper fuel account. Coordinate electronic fuel keys for military vehicles and bulk fuel purchases.
- Monitor fuel reports for correct entries to prevent accountability errors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Regiment on all GSA vehicle issues with the Regional Fleet Management Office. The Contractor shall manage the Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP), Monthly Mileage Reports, Monthly Dispatches, and repairs for the GSA Fleet of approximately 100 vehicles. Annually compile and submit the annual Federal Automotive Statistical Tool Vehicle-Level Data, which include vehicle’s attributes and operational aspects (mileage, costs, and fuel consumption) IAW Executive Order (EO) 13693.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience conducting logistical operations and/or military unit supply functions like an Army Automated Logistical Specialist (Army MOS 92A or another military branch equivalent) or an Army Unit Supply Specialist (Army MOS 92Y or another military branch equivalent) performing functions such as maintenance management, warehouse functions, maintaining equipment records, supply chain management, automated supply system.
- Ability to use computers for record keeping.
- Ability to conduct heavy lifting, moving and carrying of supply equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing).
- Ability to operate vehicles to include 1-ton pickup truck and 5K forklift.

The projected compensation range for this position is $48750 to $81250 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
