As a Production Scheduler II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesss capacity to meet customer demand.
You will report directly to our Sr Materials Management Manager, and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON location.
In this role, you will impact the supply chain planning and execution process within the Aero business, helping to create and maintain a valid master schedule for material and capacity by effectively balancing supply and demand.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

- Identify and implement improvements to scheduling processes, tools, and system accuracy.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including kanban, value stream mapping, and bottleneck reduction.
- Contribute to root-cause analysis for late orders, capacity issues, and production delays.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Completed post secondary education in supply chain, business, operations management and engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of production scheduling, planning, or materials management in manufacturing environment.
WE VALUE
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (for example SAP, Oracle, Rapid Response.)
- Experience working in an aerospace, electronic manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and scheduling analytics tools.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 in Mississauga, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
