* MRO / Part 145 Repair Station

* Variable Shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

* 65k - $85k/Annual Education & Job Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in general aviation maintenance, planning, or scheduling
* Demonstrable working experience and knowledge with maintenance tracking software (e.g., Corridor)
* Experience in Heavy maintenance planning
* Experience in labor hour estimations
* Experience in work package development and flow
* Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance practices
* Strong knowledge of AMM and IPC manuals and their use
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related field
* FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
* Experience in Part 91, 121, 135, and Part 145 operations
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Physical Requirements & Environment
* Position operates in both office and hangar environments
* Exposure to aircraft movement areas
* Exposure to loud noise levels, chemicals, and machinery
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
