- Qualified and proficient in all required customer data entry systems and portals.
- Generate new work order number for the aircraft package distributes the information as necessary.
- Distribute the Work Order information and chosen color to SOC.
- Properly file the aircraft work package in the correct folders with the planning drive
- Responsible for printing, and stapling routine cards. Mate duplicates to the work card by sequence number
- Responsible to prep package for placement into the production booth
- Responsible to audit paperwork returned from SOC to ensure all paperwork is accurate
- Develop Master Tally and Lead turnover books for planning and work center personnel
- Responsible to print and handle all add / delete items for the work package when supplied by the customer
- Responsible to print and provide all EA Information to the leads and Project Managers
- Separates work cards as required, job, day, and or sequence number.
- Print and assemble Drawing Packages as required for work scope.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
Languages Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Spanish a plus
Previous Experience Minimum one (1) year of relevant aircraft industry experience preferred
Technical Skills Position requires proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. Individual will perform daily transactions within OPCOs ERP system as well as customer portals
