MARKETING COORDINATOR

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Reports To: SVP of Sales, Marketing and Customer Excellence
Status: Exempt
Shift: Monday – Friday, flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $53k – $55k annually, depending on experience
BASIC WORKER FUNCTION
The Marketing Coordinator supports the direction of the SVP of Sales, Marketing and Customer Excellence related to spaneting, branding, customer engagement, and business development initiatives. This role helps coordinate spaneting efforts, support campaigns and events, develop proposal content and messaging specifications, and assist with the organization and preparation of professional spaneting materials that support company growth and customer engagement.
This position also supports the creation of internal business materials, forms, presentations, and office projects while helping maintain brand consistency across company communications and collateral.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF
TASKS
- Create spaneting proposals that include target goals, timelines, action steps, messaging direction, and measurable results.
- Develop content outlines, messaging specifications, and material requirements to support external content creation partners and internal spaneting initiatives.
- Support the parent company’s spaneting team with the designing and formatting of professional spaneting materials including presentations, flyers, advertisements, newsletters, forms, and internal communication documents.
- Support social media coordination and email spaneting efforts.
- Assist with development and formatting of small internal office projects, business forms, templates, and branded documents.
- Utilize programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) or similar design software to prepare and edit spaneting and business materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on spaneting results and effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to support business development goals.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all company communications and materials.
- Conduct spanet and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Assist with planning and executing spaneting campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with coordination of trade shows, customer events, dealer events, and company promotions.
