STS Technical Services is currently hiring an Intune Support Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you have experience in device management and application deployment, and you’re ready to make an impact in the IT field, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team.
As an Intune Support Specialist, you will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management. You will ensure device compliance, troubleshoot issues, and enforce application deployment policies to support a robust IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Implement and manage device compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines within Intune.
- Configure multi-app kiosk mode setups to optimize device performance and usability.
- Develop and enforce application deployment policies for both desktop and mobile environments.
- Troubleshoot Intune-related issues, including policy conflicts, app distribution errors, and device enrollment failures.
- Assist with other miscellaneous tasks and IT-related projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD (Entra ID), and general policy configurations within Azure.
- Knowledge of general hardware and software systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and IT environments.
