Knowledge
- A minimum of 4 years of directly related HR experience required
- Education: Some college preferred; SHRM Certification preferred
- Must be able to secure and appropriately handle confidential data, materials, and correspondence.
- Must have at least 4 year of experience writing reports from an HR software system; Paycom is preferred or other similar software systems.
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking System; Paycom experience is preferred or other similar software systems.
- Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be able to work within payroll deadlines
- Must be able to multi-task
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations
Skills
- Able to work independently and exercise sound independent judgment
- Strong problem-solving and attention to skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation delivery skills.
- Ability to learn new tasks and assignments and an exhibited willingness to maintain flexibility and support change.
- Good planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across mediums and with diverse audiences,
- Effective in ambiguous environments; seeks clarity when needed and ability to be nimble when faced with incomplete or conflicting data or solutions
- Proactive and efficient follow up skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, writing and typing

- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles
- Occasional exposure to moderate noise
- The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety shoes, etc.
