Provide excellence in customer service for the purpose of generating new sales by building customer loyalty and retention. Counsel all guests with regards to travel requirements, insurance (TICO related) Provide proof of payment and confirmed travel details once guests are booked Manage multiple payments from individual guests Create and maintain group bookings in Sunwing Booking System. Attend trainings as assigned by management and Group Sales Trainer. Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training as scheduled View Product Webinars Organize information provided for quick reference when required Keep current promotions on hand for quick reference. Stay current on procedural changes and updates Work through challenges or escalations by thinking outside of the box and being creative.What You’ll Need:Minimum 1-year telephone sales and customer service experience or related experience Pleasant telephone manner, excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with customers Detail oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking Demonstrates initiative with problem solving and decision-making skills Is comfortable working with numbers, numeric Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable & prioritize workload Experience with MS Office (email, Word, Excel) Knowledge of Soft Voyage TTS an assetTICO certification requiredwhen the position is offered
