ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to launch your career in operational excellence? Join our dynamic Operational & Performance Management team as a Graduate Analyst!
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, accountable for creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across the GEO (including pre-sales, sales, and senior management levels). You’ll also play a vital part in supporting our finance team to build forecasts and budgets for both new business and renewal opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs for pre-sales, sales, and senior management, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure transparency and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, sales, and finance teams to define and standardize KPI metrics.
- Analyse commercial process stages, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Present KPI findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with finance to build and refine forecasts and budgets for new business and renewal opportunities.
- Support the preparation of business cases and financial models.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business administration, finance, accounting , Data management or computer science.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Team player, comfortable working across functions and levels.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Awareness of the airport/airline or telecom industry is an advantage.
