Boeing Company is looking for a Experienced Systems and Data Analyst to support our business in Seattle, WA; North Charleston, SC; Hazelwood, MO; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; Ridley Park, PA; or Plano, TX.
We are seeking an experienced Systems and Data Analyst to support GOLDesp Supply Chain Capabilities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Versatile Information Technology position combining customer support, technical project work, and teaching skills in a customer support environment
- Support an Oracle based application called GOLD or GOLDesp that is used across the globe to support MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) as well as SCM (Supply Chain Management) through Boeing Captains of Industry contracts, air craft inventory, order management, procurement, repairs, and government property management
- Support customer issues across the country and around the globe with a strong sense of urgency in order to comply with contractual responsibilities, deadlines, and delivery metrics
- Participate in and support elements of projects
- Complete assigned projects
- Interact with customers, peers, and software vendors
- Facilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organizations needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of processes
- May participate in meetings with other Business and IT organizations to create and validate processes
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve application problems in a customer support role and the test software of a complex nature
- Create test scripts to show where errors occur and test scripts to prove new functionality works per specification
- Prepare program documentation in compliance with established departmental standards
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
- 3+ years’ experience with relational database concepts and the SQL language
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher in a business or technical field
- Experience with Boeing’s Supply Chain Management processes
- Experience with GOLD/IGOLD, TAM Tools, Crystal Reporting and Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Logistic Support work and MILS/DLMS
- Experience with DataStage
- Strong Organization and Time Management skills
- Willingness to seek out additional assignments or tasks
- Capability to gather, examine, and interpret information from different sources to generate effective solutions to problems
- Ability to generate alternate approaches to solving problems when needed
- Awareness of the likely consequences or implications of judgments
- Ability to interface with programmers, systems analysts, and users to confirm inter-application operational effectiveness
- Experience generating and implementing new and innovative solutions

Summary Pay Range: $96,050 – $139,150
