Position Summary:
AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Herndon, VA that is an international pioneer in the aerospace industry. They are a leader in designing, manufacturing and delivering aerospace products, services and solutions to customers on a global scale. A commercial aircraft manufacturer, with Space and Defense they are the largest aeronautics and space company in Europe and a worldwide leader.
The Employee Development Initiatives Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating professional development programs that support employee growth, retention, and organizational capability.
Essential Functions:
Implementing Region Wide HR projects, programs and processes
- Serve as the central point for data acquisition and governance, collaborating with HR Business Partners and HR digital teams to generate comprehensive analyses for key talent processes.
- Orchestrate the development of presentations, strategic planning, facilitation, and logistical support for talent-focused engagements.
- Administer Airbus development programs, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Delivering high quality, customer-focused service
- Contribute to internal communications by producing visually engaging materials, including Google Slides, infographics, and other content.
- Lead data-driven insights related to Learning, Development, and Talent Management programs through robust analytics and reporting.
- Act as a liaison with HR Business Partners on the operational aspects of talent initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, business or related degree
- 3-5 years of experience within an HR function
- 2+ years of experience in leading and coordinating significant operational initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable and insightful reports
- Strong problem-solving skills with the agility to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic setting
- A proactive mindset with a desire to understand the complexities of organizational challenges and opportunities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- 5 domestic travel involved
- Authorized to Work in the US
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations
