Role IntroductionReports to: Assistant Manager Distribution Technology Enhancement
As part of the Distribution Strategy team within Sales and Distribution, you will contribute to enhancing our technology capabilities to support the future of airline retailing. You will help drive improvements in our distribution systems by collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to define business needs, streamline processes and enable new features across our platforms.
In this role, you will shape how our shopping, booking and ticketing data is captured and transformed, ensuring accurate insights that support partner onboarding and business growth. You will work with innovative technologies, coordinate testing and implementation schedules, and help build robust business rules to optimise our end‑to‑end distribution ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities- Support the integration of innovative technologies and solutions to optimize distribution capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Gather business requirements from key business stakeholders to prepare user stories and use cases, and effectively communicate with IT and solution providers
- Coordinate User Acceptance Tests and implementation schedule of new solution deliveries
- Support in business rules and profile setup for distribution capabilities enablement
- Ensure shopping, booking, and ticket data are properly captured and derived in the database enabling the partner onboarding team to generate correct data to conduct analysis
Requirements- Tertiary education in Business related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in airlines or GDS & NDC
- Good understanding of GDS, NDC and Modern Airline Retailing is an advantage
- Hands on experience in planning and carrying out User Acceptance Tests
- Sound numerical and analytical skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
