POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital Marketing Specialist at Robinson Helicopter Company will drive the company's digital presence and engagement by developing and executing comprehensive online spaneting strategies. This role encompasses managing social media platforms, creating and implementing email spaneting campaigns, and producing engaging content across various digital channels. The specialist will analyze and report campaign performance, collaborate with leadership to align spaneting efforts with business goals, and ensure consistent brand messaging, requiring a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills within the unique context of the helicopter industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement organic and paid digital spaneting campaigns to promote Robinson Helicopter Company's products, services, and brand initiatives.
Plan and execute spaneting campaigns for new product launches, events, and company announcements.
Analyze campaign performance using metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Social Media Management:
Create and manage engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant aviation-focused platforms.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media and other digital channels.
Develop and implement video/reel strategies to showcase Robinson Helicopter Company's products and expertise.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email spaneting campaigns to nurture leads, support brand image through engaging visuals, and communicate company updates.
Manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyze email campaign performance.
Utilize CRM-based email spaneting platforms.
Content Creation & Coordination:
Develop a comprehensive content strategy and calendar to support spaneting objectives.
Create compelling and brand-consistent content for various digital platforms.
Repurpose content to maximize reach and engagement across different channels.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with leadership to align digital spaneting strategies with overall business goals.
Provide regular reports and analysis on digital spaneting performance.
Work with all departments to ensure spaneting consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in spaneting, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital spaneting, social media management, or content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor actionable messaging to diverse audiences.
Expertise in digital spaneting, including advertising and spaneting content creation, video production/editing, and social media management.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective organic and paid social media strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Juggle multiple projects with finesse, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Adaptable and flexible in a team environment, adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie, Uniqode, Canva and Squarespace
Proven ability to develop and execute effective organic and paid social media strategies from concept to execution.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant digital spaneting tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Interest in aviation and the helicopter industry is a significant plus.
Preferred but not required:
Experience with spaneting analytics and social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of the aviation, mobility, or manufacturing industry.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
