Job Description:

• Rezolvarea tichetelor (Service Desk) de complexitate mică și medie conform procedurilor interne.
• Monitorizarea și dezvoltarea continuă a infrastructurii IT.
• Administrarea și mentenanță sistemelor IT ale companiei (inclusiv producție) conform responsabilităților definite intern.
• Implementarea directivelor de siguranță IT, administrarea conturilor utilizatorilor (AD).
• Menținerea relației cu serviciile externe, cu coordonatorul departamentului IT și cu colegii IT din Germania.
• Preluarea și implementarea proiectelor IT de complexitate mică.
• Interfața cu furnizorii de servicii IT.
• COMPETENTE
• Experiență în lucrul cu utilizatorii (Service Desk – telefonic, e-mail, f2f).
• Înțelegerea protocoalelor de rețea, modelul OSI și adresare IP.
• Cunoștințe Hardware (PC, Server, Imprimante, Telefoane VoIP).
• Engleză nivel mediu.
• Constituie un plus cunoașterea tehnologiilor Microsoft folosite în mediul Enterprise (Windows 10, Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, etc).
• Constituie un plus cunoașterea oricarei tehnologii de virtualizare (de preferiță VMware).
• Constituie un plus cunoașterea oricarei tehnologii de backup
