Tasks
- Receiving accounting documents either physically or electronically and processing data and vouchers according to procedures, general accounting principles, chart of accounts, cost center structures and applicable country specific work instructions
- Monitoring statuses of own open cases
- Contacting customers directly, independently handling incoming/outgoing communication verbal & written in German
- Checking or obtaining necessary authorizations according to the procedures
- Initiating creation/changing vendor master data in accounting system
- Managing communication with customers and customers’ business partners, providing necessary documentation, reports and analyses
- Proactively supervising and reconciling the accounts to clarify open items in pending or current accounts
- Monitoring discrepancies between the expected cost positions and the incoming invoices
- Providing Information to the respective finance department or airport management teams
- Estimating and settling accruals and provisions for invoices
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
- 1 year of experience in FI processes (SSC or BPO environment)
- Good command of English – min. B1
- German language proficiency – at least B1 level
- Good command of all Windows applications
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Very good communications skills
- Analytical and conceptual mind-set
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Interpersonal/social skills
- High precision, dedication to deliver the objectives on time
